AI + Marketing Strategy
What does this look like?
How I contribute?
How I contribute?
I contribute by providing a holistic view of how AI + Marketing can serve your company. My thesis is there are many clients using paid marketing services and are unhappy with the performance. They feel they are paying too much for an ROI that is underwhelming while being on a retainer that is drowning the entire performance.
My approach is to create solutions for your current marketing scenario and to help you identify what you want (in-house / offshore / agency catalyst) and provide the marketing strategy for the above.
The end state is a sense of empowerment for your company and team.
How we work together?
How we can work together?
To begin, we would start by understanding your core goals or any obstacles to overcome. This may involve individual conversations with the domain owner or a broader set of discussions with selected members of your team and/or third-party vendors.
Once we clarify the goals, we conduct a thorough AI + Marketing review to assess what can be achieved based on those objectives. Often, we may find that 80% of your goal can be accomplished with a 20% lift. We prioritize based on the needs of the business, effort required, and timeline.
With priorities and a timeline in place, we move into the strategic phase, outlining what is needed and how to integrate the solution. This involves discussions with your team to understand what they can execute within your stack, whether additional help is necessary, and if temporary assistance from a contractor may be required. From here, we can identify all requirements and plan the rollout.
Next, we map out weekly expectations and key milestones. During this period, we include members of your team who will adopt the new strategy within your existing systems. Once the solution is built, we go through staging, testing, and fine-tuning to ensure it meets our objectives. After achieving our internal KPIs, we launch it into production.
The internal team will begin working within the newly built strategy, and I will remain available for minor fixes, add-ons, or tweaks as needed. If, after six months, further improvements or expansions are necessary, we can also make time for that.
Why me?
Why me?
I have owned and run agencies before, so I understand the balance required between company growth, employee retention, customer retention, and the bottom line. I am an operator and can easily identify priorities over fluff. My knowledge is extensive when it comes to growth, marketing, and AI.
And I really enjoy this shit! It's genuinely fun for me. I also see how companies are needlessly struggling with their current marketing agencies and understand there is a need for a something else vs playing agency tag.
